January 7, 20188 yr This is more or less what it is doing: a plugin taking control of AI has its plugin id returned in 'outController'. It is how it is documented. Then, outTotalAircraft most likely returns 20 already. I suspect the problem lies in how third party plugins control AI, and this function most likely has some 'ties' with the code some XPlane devs have published to manage updating AI traffic from third party plugin, which IIR was also the code used by xSquawbox plugin and might still be used. The issue is to devise a 'reliable' detection of empty slots though, once you try, you quickly find out it is not so simple.
