There may be an algorithm to it as they all are pronouncable arangements, but many in this area have no discernable meaning, basically jibberish.----------------------------------------------------------------John MorganReal World: KGEG, UND Aerospace Spokane Satillite, Private ASEL 141.2 hrs, 314 landings, 46 inst. apprs.Virtual: MSFS 2004"There is a feeling about an airport that no other piece of ground can have. There's one somewhere in the northeast called DRUNK. I've often thought it would be hilarious for a non-aviation person, listening on a scanner, to hear this conversation:"Approach, United 123 with you, we have whiskey.""United 123 roger, report DRUNK."

"Approach, United 123 with you, we have whiskey.""United 123 roger, report DRUNK."haha.Locally, we have one named "DUTCH" near KCGI because it's located over the small town of Dutchtown, Missouri.
