Hi all,

I am facing a problem with my avsim account. I have sent a message to Avsim support two times within some weeks but have got no reply yet from the staff.

So what is my problem:

When I made my account here I made an email account in Yahoo so I have it dedicated only to Avsim. Chrome remembered my password since then (2013) but I at some point I realized that I can't login from any other browser cause I didn't remembered my password. When I tried to reset it, a message was sent to the Yahoo mail and then I realized that because I have never used that email since, I couldn't login there either. I suppose Yahoo deleted the account? So, then I assigned my Facebook account using the Chrome browser (from where I am writing now). However, I can't use the Facebook login either now from any other browser, I get a message saying "Something went wrong. Please try again."

I really want to be able to change my password so I can not lose my account.

Please, I would appreciate your help, as so far I have not got any support about this.

Hi Ifikratis,

You have successfully logged on or you would not have been able to post your topic.  Just click on your name in the upper right corner of the forum, click on Account Settings and then Password.  You can change your password there (and your e-mail address if you want).  If you need further assistance, please send me a PM or post your question here.
