D/L Exp Update stuck on 0% FSX won't run

Featured Replies

If there is a problem with CP, you MUST have the option to let FSX run without it! MUST.

The download is not working and I can't get into FSX.

Thank You.

Hi Kevin,

My Internet connection is fine. Everything else I have connects and works perfectly.

For an hour now this update and crapped out, taking over 4 mins to get to 1% before doing so. In turn that locks me out of FSX. That is not acceptable. Sorry, but you had the first indication that people were not happy when the server went down in February.

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH CP, individual or otherwise, YOU MUST LET FSX RUN AND WORK till the issue is fixed.

(The current attempt to run is locked on 1% and has been so for 5 minutes.

Thank You.

Hi,

FSX should be able to run without ChasePlane as we don't have any modules loaded through it. Our servers were working file all day today and we did not observe any unusual activity.

Is it working now, 11hrs later?

If you have this kind of issue in the future, make sure to contact us though our support page. This is a User-to-user forum and my response here is never guaranteed.

I deleted everything, reinstalled and now it's working again.

Thanks.
