April 23, 20179 yr hi guys i am considering buying a 40 inch 4k tv as my main monitor, i already have 3 24 inch 1080p monitors so i can have everything on seperate monitors. these days i am reading alot about people using tv's as a monitor, i found a good 4k samsung 40 inch monitor, i mainly fly x-plane, as far as flight sims, i also play tower3d, planet coaster,gta 5, i am concerned about scaling in x-plane. i was told x-plane doesn't scale well on tv's. any information or experience would be much appreciated. thanks..

April 23, 20179 yr I've got a 50" for my main monitor for xp10 xp11 and p3d (xp in both Windows and Linux)....works great! Jim
