Which cable for gtx 1070 to dell 2713

Hi

Can anyone advise what cable to buy to attach my dell 2713 to my gtx 1070 ? Max resolution is 2560 x 1440. Should I go for display port 1.2, dvi or just a hdmi ?

+1 on this,  just recently had a few problems, couldn't put my finger on it, so I decided to try a new dvi cable, didn't have one to had so opted for HDMi, great but only could get 1080p so purchased a new Display port cable, not had any of the issues I was having so it was a faulty dvi cable. happy to be back on 2560x1440.
