Hi everyone, I was just wondering if any of you who might be skilled at making mods to the Carenado G1000 can say whether or not it's possible to automate the Transponder modes? For example switching from GND to ALT and then back to GND when taking off and landing?

I looked at that for a previous release--a while ago--I think it was the Phenom 300.  It's possible, but the code for the PFD & MFD is complex and, more to the point, badly formatted.  Knowing my own skill level, it seemed like it would take a few hours of trial & error get that working...small feature with a limited benefit.  Time better spent flying!  Sorry...

Thanks for the input. I also noticed that the the Baro windows should show STD BARO when the button is pushed instead of 29.92. The Carenado G1000 could be so much better if these minor details were looked at.
