Enjoy.

FSX:SE NOTAM - A pity the iFDG MD-11 doesn't reflect the same as the static planes shown (UK2000 East Midlands), but I suppose those have been painted to suit the floodlit night texture. It has to be said that UK2000 airports are well worth the money IMHO - not much of an FPS dent on my system and superbly detailed. I have the majority of the cut-down free ones with full payware EGCC and EGNX. Might buy their Heathrow X soon which will probably bring my system to its knees :D
