May 24, 20179 yr Just in the middle of a long haul and my plan took me just north of quite a storm. I was wondering, had that storm been in my way, I would have had to divert around it. What is or is there a procedure in P2A to request a course change for weather? Would I use the "request direct to xxxx" away from the cell and then once past it "request direct to xxxx" which would be the next waypoint of my flightplan and then continue on as normal? thanks for any insight, p
May 25, 20179 yr Commercial Member As you suggest, the only way would be to choose a Navaid that would take you around it and request a direct-to course as you suggest. Then, once around it, get a direct-to to the next waypoint in the flight plan to get back on course. Dave
