Error on startup

I have copied over Little Navmap to a folder on my C drive and when i try to run I am getting the following error.

 

The procedure entry point vsprintf_s could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll.  Please note I am trying to run on my second machine which is Windows XP.  I have updated the C++ 2013 as suggested in the readme.
