p3d v4 and Tongass Fjords Installation

So here are a couple screenies of before and after install of Tongass.

I edited the terrain.cfg and added the 40 terrain.cfg entries required.

I pointed my scenery library to the two entries in my P3D V3 install.

I previously opened the Tongass config editor and deactivated the DHC-3 Otter and DHC-6 Twin Otter and saved that configuration (those planes are in the wrong format for P3D V4 and will cause a CTD.

- this is with Orbx Regions installed.
