CP won't work in P3D v4

Not sure what is going on but CP starts with the sim but the camera is gray out it does start with the sim any suggestions?

Keven, I found the problem, after looking into the report and reading  the error I decided to check if there was a simconnect.xml file, well it didn't so a copy from P3D v3.4 and inserted into P3D v4 and it worked. Is this recommended? this is a brand new v4 installation.
