Hi guys,

I noticed some strange behaviour using the settings. AS2016 and P3D settings seem to mess each other up. When turning off volumetric fog in P3D it sometimes appears using AS2016, but often does not. When turning on AS2016 and turning cloud draw distance to 250NM it does not work. Stays standard 110nmi. Then volumetric fog. It seems to do the opposite. When turned on in P3D using AS2016 it disappears. Adjusting visibilities is also not working. I am at odds end.

Does anyone know what the culprit is? I started AS2016 and ASCA with admin rights. To no avail.

Hi Peter,

Just would like to confirm you are using ASP4 and P3D v4 (AS2016 is P3D v3 only). Can you please let me know what your upper visibility settings in AS is as well as the visibility distance in the Sim, and if you have volumetric fog enabled.

Thanks!

I thought it is P3D V4 compatible?

I Installed the Beta P3D V4 file. So it must be ok. Unfortunately cloud draw distance 250nm  is not working. P3D V4 seems to reset it to 100 again?
