I´m considering of buying Pilot2ATC to my X-Plane 11 upgrade, now I´m using X-Plane 10.51, but I have a few questions about it.

I plan to run Pilot2ATC on network by my laptop, X-Plane will run on my desktop, the connection is made with XPUIPC and XPWideclient, they are pretty old software and there has not been hardly any updates in recent years, so will they work on X-Plane 11, or is there any newer software available ?

They work perfectly with XP11. 

There are instructions in the user's guide toward the end that discuss how you might set up P2A in a networked environment.  There are many other ways you could do it, but the one for X-Plane works for me.
