Radio stack command will not work

hello all. I just downloaded and began with fsx steam and everything seems to be working perfectly other than that fact that the command for the radio stack on all aircraft will not function.  It only pulls up a black imprint of where the radio stack should be.  Can anyone help me remedy this?

nevermind apparently there was a dll file patch that I missed during setup.
