I thought this was a thing of the past with 64 bit?  Lets say I'm departing an airport straight out, but then bank left or right and look at the airport all the buildings will load into view.  Once loaded which only takes 1-2 seconds, if I look away and then look again they have to load in again. Is this normal?

unfortunately yes. That happens sometimes and not on every HD airport. I do not have a solution :(

as long as its normal behaviour I'm alright with that thanks.
