Q400 all blank and nothing works

Brand new install of Maj Q400 pilot version, everything is blank in the cockpit and nothing works, latest patch installed.

 

Help please

Are you installing the aircraft using Administrator Rights by right clicking on the installer?

Well, thought id installed under admin , but just done it again and all is working.
