Just got the updated installers and reinstalled both 747 and 777 into v4.   OC alerting me about 75 folders that are orphaned with no FIX to reattach the textures to the airplanes.

Is there a way to reuse the textures, or do I have to delete all and redo all of them from scratch?

no need to delete just click install on each livery you had,  two popup widows appear click yes to both, Since the textures are already there on your PC your not really downloading the file again just "re-attaching" them so to speak. its pretty instant but 75 may take 20-30 mins

But yeah you have to do it one at a time, remember to close and reopen OC for it to refresh the list of orphaned textures or it will always say 75
