In any case, a possible workaround is to re-select the appropriate current location after having selected the new aircraft, but before selecting "Start new flight". The problem with this, is it then takes another 30 minutes before it goes back to the airport, because it has to re-read all the scenery available in X-Plane Martin X-Flightserver.net: Rat-7
