July 10, 20178 yr Hello! I recently purchased the PMDG 737ngx base package. While downloading, an internal error message popped up, and the whole plane doesn't work. The image displayed is a bunch of dark lines that somewhat resemble a 737, but nothing in the cockpit works. If someone could help, that would be great. Email me at address removed. Thanks
July 10, 20178 yr Welcome. I know you cannot post in the PMDG Forum as you are a new member and your ability to post is limited until you become a Member. You should sign into your account at PMDG and download the aircraft again. I removed your e-mail address as there are individuals who scan the websites for e-mail addresses and use them to spam. If you need a member to send you a message to your e-mail address, they simply will send you a private message (PM). If downloading the product again and reinstalling the product does not work, then you need to go to the PMDG website and register in their support section and submit a trouble ticket.
