Collective (heli axe)

I tried to assign the collective to an axe in P3dv4, but couldn't find it?

Any suggestions?

In a helo the collective is assigned to the throttle and the Throttle to the propeller Pitch,. there has never beeen an axle for Collective in the SIM.
