hi I have pmdg 747-400x I am running windows 10 and I am trying to get liveries for the aircraft I got the pmdg 747 in 2010 but I cant find Operations Center

Hey ereilly26,

Your version is not supported by PMDG any longer, and it does not use the OPs center.

You have to find liveries for your version on the web (like in the AVSIM Libary here).
