July 15, 20178 yr Sorry to use this forum for a personal support request, but I can't seem to log into my PMDG acct to redownload the 777. Got my password sent to me using the password retrieval tool and I try it and still doesn't work. Can't open up a ticket unless I am logged in though. Help. Dean Pereira

There is a separate account for support and the store, so you can make a new account for support and contact them directly to resolve. Cheers, Chris Brand
July 15, 20178 yr Support and orders are two different accounts. If you've never submitted a support ticket before, you do need to create an account to do so, as that isn't tied into the account that has your order information.
