July 16, 20178 yr Yeah, still waiting for a reply, I logged in the other day to get the round of updates for the 737 772 and 773, tried to log in for the latest . Problem solved....Kaspersky was blocking data collection from this site....somehow the settings changed with the latest update. Apoligies for any angst.

The number of times AV software are the cause of issues with many of the programs out there today (to include our own) is rather troublesome. These programs are there to keep computers running properly...if they're preventing programs from running properly, I'd argue that they've slowly crept into the realm of becoming viruses themselves. Have to agree on that, Kaspersky Total Security is too aggressive. My exclusion list grows daily because it just slows everything down.

I've since just gone with Win Defender. Not perfect, but also far less aggressive/intrusive (I'm not a tin-foil hat wearer, but to put it bluntly, Win Defender being free likely means it isn't constantly trying to prove its worth to you by snagging things aggressively). Unfortunately I got a free Kaspersky upgrade to Total Security and a deal on a two year subscription - which I just renewed. I'm stuck with it for two years.
