CDU lights flicker sometimes

Featured Replies

Not the text itself, but when I bring up the CDU to 2D, the entire panel will get lighter or darker, not the text but the entire CDU frame included. It's like someone is turning the generator switch on and off and there's a loss of power or something.  It's still useable, this is difficult to explain without a video and I have no idea how to make one.

It's not lighting shadows because it will happen on the stand.  It's like someone is turning on and off the dome lights for a split second, it will get brighter then back to normal.  Like I said, the entire frame.

This has been happening since day one and even with the new update of a day or so ago.

But at least I now have my radome in view in the VC again after the update!

My bet would be HDR. The lighting effects in the sim can occasionally do weird things.

Interesting, I don't have it installed in 3.4 and am not going to.  I was curious if I'd see it there too as it has HDR.

I use HDR in combination with PTA.

Dynamic lighting is off, it drops my FPS to half when it's on.

 Thanks Kyle.
