Airborne after take off on climb to FL310 with background view of lightened motorway (British word for highway) A96 Making left 180 degree turn to head to south with background view of town of Oldmeldrum where one of the oldest whisky distilleries in Scotland called Glen Garioch is located Still on climb passing through clouds Still in middle of 180 degree turn toward south with background view of waters of North Sea seen on top Still climbing climbing climbing to FL310 Nice view of western Scotland and North Sea where in front of wing, you can see green land mass which is Cairngorms National Park. At wingtip where you can see city lights which is Aberdeen. City of Aberdeen under wingtip Now reaching FL310 to start cruising toward south Approaching Scottish city of Dundee Passing Dundee where you can see River Tay Passing motorway M90 seen below the plane and River Earn seen behind the plane's tail Leaving Dundee Passing mighty city of Edinburgh and its airport Waters of Firth of Forth can been seen behind the plane which is still passing Edinburgh Cruising at mach 0.86 (yep that is official cruising speed although some pilots used mach 0.87) City of Edinburgh and waters of Firth of Forth can be seen next to engine Nice tail Increasing speed to mach 0.87 from mach 0.86 to satisfy impatient business commuter passengers while crossing waters of Morecambe Bay Because of regulations of the forums not allowing more than 20 screenshots per post, please be kind enough to go to this hyperlink to continue viewing rest of exciting Trident flight.
