Shalom and greetings all my pals, Presenting a darn nice sunrise morning commuter flight abroad special and exclusive milestone Embraer E175 from CYUL Montréal–Dorval International Airport located 12 miles from downtown Montreal to CYHZ Halifax Stanfield International Airport located in Goffs which is suburb of Halifax, Nova Scotia Taxiing to short of runway 24l on early freezing morning Yeah it is long taxi from the passenger terminal to short of runway 24l Dig the taxiway and runway night lights!! Holding short of runway 24l awaiting for take off clearance from airport tower controllers Take off clearance is granted as the plane enters into the runway for take off dig the headlight shine on the anniversary number!! Shalom and greetings all my pals, Passover week is over which means massive flux of Israelis returning from their Passover vacation in Eilat back home to Tel Aviv which means that El Al could not use narrow body 737-200s or Britannias hence decision to use exciting brand new 707-300 to handle heavy holiday passenger traffic back home from LLET Eilat Airport located in the center of Eilat adjacent to Route 90 (The Arava Road) to LLBG Ben Gurion Airport located 12 miles southeast of Tel Aviv STOP the sign says you need authorization from airport tower before passing!! Attention!! The sign says that ATTENTION you are attending aerial zone Please drive extremely carefully Passengers get surprise and excited by presence of brand new plane that is going to take them back home to Tel Aviv Nice engine view of the airport terminal Got to do pre-flight inspection of left engines Got to do same thing for right engines Got to do pre-flight inspection of the tail Time for me to board my captain seat Checking all gauges to be sure they look very kosher Time for me to open fuel lines as you can I am middle of doing that where you can see I finish opening 4th engine fuel line and now concentrating other engine fuel lines Time for me to open fuel flow knobs! Time for me to put on battery power so necessary for starting engines!! Time for me to flip the engine air bleed switches from off to on Making final inspection of all knobs and switches to be sure everything is kosher Drat drat I forgot to take screenshot of switches and knobs for engine start in overhead panel but you can see from gauge readings that the engines are coming alive Now you can see the engines fully powered in gauge readings and you can check to be sure the flaps are properly extended for take off Facing runway 01 for take off Excuse me but the Eilat airport demands commercial interruption for all of you viewers Starting take off run! Cruising while admiring cockpit view of Canadian Rockies All gauge readings look good! Check out sun!! Checking gauges again to be sure everything looks okay Still cruising past Slocan lake Some clever passenger using fancy camera with extremely powerful long range camera lense spotted this plane cruising below Nice combo of engine view, river view of Upper Arrow lake, and sun Approaching town or city of Kelowna visible below the nose of the plane Same clever passenger used his fancy camera to capture this same plane climbing to Fl380 to avoid possibility of wake tuberlance caused by monster GE90 engines of my plane Passing Kelowna and river of Okganagan lake Same clever passenger using his camera captured the view of the same plane descending to Fl360 to fly in formation with my plane Passing the same city or town where you can see bridge called William R. Bennett Bridge also known as highway route number 97 across the river in which its name is already mentioned above Time to start descending!! Same clever photographer used his camera to capture view of the same plane maneuvering to get ready for descent too Still descending Now at 10,000 ft above Summit Chief mountain Clearing mountains which signals time to descent from 10,000 ft to 4,000 ft Nice engine view of two famous stadiums lumen Field stadium and T-Mobile Park stadium with view of highway route 28 leading to two stadiums in front of engine and highway route 5 from left going right to engine intake Engine view of bridge called lacey V Morrow Bridge also known as highway route 90 connecting between Seattle suburb called Judkins Park seen in front of engine and Mercer Island Yeah the famous Seattle port Passing the two same stadiums already mentioned previously Because of regulations not permitting more than 20 screenshots per post, please be kind enough to go to this hyperlink seen below to continue viewing exciting screenshots. Shalom and greetings all my pals, Presenting exciting recreation of emergency Christmas airlift supply flight from CYHY Hay River/Merlyn Carter Airport located 1.7 miles north of Hay River, Northwest Territories, Canada to CYZF Yellowknife Airport located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada using Flight Replicas R5D (C-54G) featuring well polished/buffed masterpiece work painted and polished exclusively by repainter named Hartmut Hekmann who is the official repainter for Virtual Aircraft Restoration Facebook group owned and operated by Hartmut Hekmann and Tobias Krause. Arriving at the airport to get ready for pre-flight inspection of the plane before boarding my captain seat in cockpit look how well polished and buff the plane is in time for Chanukah, Christmas, and New Year service! Inspecting engine Inspecting another engine while marveling how well polished the engine covers and mufflers are!! Time for right side inspection Inspecting right engines (dig that metallic polish!) Inspecting the tail Inspecting newly installed tires and landing gear Forgot to inspect front wheel so went back to left side to inspect front wheel Pre-flight inspection of the plane is completed and now time to sit on my captain seat and check all gauges to be sure they are kosher and correct Starting pushback!! Continuing pushback Finished with pushback and time to start engines!! Engines started which resulted into spewing MASSIVE engine start smoke to excite all airport spotting photographers causing them to wet their pants All engines started and ready for taxi!! Checking left engines to be sure they are okay and not overheated (you think they would get overheated in -20 degree weather) leaving passenger apron to taxi to short of runway 32 Entering into runway 32 to taxi more and backtrack Backtracking!!   11. As long as the airport is on flat ground without mountains, any ORBX airport does NOT require any payware base package (except for free Orbx library base packages that are required). I have been using without problems few payware Orbx airport sceneries on my FSX. You do not need Australia package for airport sceneries especially I am using paid Melbourne airport scenery without problem. Same thing for paid ESSA airport scenery. Now I am still wondering why I have NOT seen any announcement for this free Essendon airport via regular Orbx emails sent to me. And how did I miss that announcement on Avsim if I check this bargain subforum EVERY DAY?? Regards, Aharon
