Every time I load into my PMDG 737 on fsx, it says initial set up or something like that and  it turns on the aircraft by itself. I want to start in a cold and dark cockpit but the aircraft turns it self on. Anybody know how to fix this issue??

Not sure what issue you're seeing here as that's perfectly normal operation of the aircraft. I recommend reading the introduction manual as it explains everything you want to know.

Go to page 62 in the "PMDG-737NGX-Introduction" PDF to get your explanation.  The PDF is located in the <FSX Main>\PMDG\PMDG 737 NGX\Flight Manuals folder.
