Little NavMap is a really great addition for flight simmers. I was just curious if it is possible to add SIDS & STARS as part of the route planning / navigation process?

you can use SIDs and STARs but you need the fsAerodata update and P3D.

Thanks Alex. I guess that puts me on hold for SIDS and STARS for a bit as I do not yet have FsAerodata or P3D.

there is a trick that you can use to show the SIDs and STARs in LNM even if you have FSX. See here in this thread. But you still need the fsAerodata update.
