Setting time in start up menu

Recommended Posts

Sorry if this is a known issue, but when i searched the forum, nothing came up. Im running P3D v4 on Win10. When I start up P3D and get to the start menu, the time i set in the date and time window doesnt take effect. I just tried starting it up, and the time in the date time window was the current system time of: 18:50. So i changed it down to 14:50. But when the sim loaded up, the time was 18:50. I tried going to the options and deselecting the "use system time" option, same issue. I tried different aircraft, same issue. Any ideas? Is this a known thing?

p3d has reached v4 but the time function in startup screen continues to be quirky/broken. Make a change to the location like a different runway or parking spot before changing time. Also use local time as GMT does not work properly.
