Can't lock Parking Brakes

..just a minor but annoying issue, for some reason I can't lock the Parking brakes, pulling them is okay but they do not stay in the locking position 

 

Any idea

Applying the regular brakes unlocks the parking brake. Maybe you have something assigned that touches them, e.g. toe brakes with no suitable dead zone at the end?
