737 NGX lights are dull

My landing and taxi lights are quite dull.

Any solutions?

I have 737 Immersion Package.

It mush have be overwritten.  Reinstalled into FSX,

With the 737 Immersion package, will you be able to see lights during the day? Because now i dont see any lights hitting the ground in the daylight (in other aircrafts it works fine). I only see lights during the night.
