Painting QOTS II Ground Equipment

I am wanting to paint the tractor and ground equipment in airline colours but have only been able to find the power unit textures.  However, painting that file and placing it in the aircraft textures folder doesn't work anyway.

Can anyone help me solve this question?

Ground equipment repaint is not supported currently as far as I know
