February 27, 200620 yr Good Morning, Is the PSS Airbus 319/20/21 the only payware model available for FS2004? are there and in the making? Finally is it worth getting in for FS2004?Thanks UKP
February 27, 200620 yr systemswise - there is no closer approximation that works. A320PIC is said to have come closer but it seems most have shelved it for poor performance and lack of support. Generally most of us use the IFDG models with PSS panel.I know of no developer planning the revolution of fs by doing a PMDG or LDS level bus - if possible certainly long overdue. Is it worth getting? Depends on how badly you want a bus. It was dev for fs8, patched for fs9 - long in tooth but still faaaar outstrips the many simplified busses available...plus I think it's pretty cheap now anyway...regards,Markhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/supporter.jpgXPHomeSP2/FS9.1/3.2HT/1024mb/X700pro256 Regards, Mark
February 27, 200620 yr If the PSS A320 is still at the sale price it is a steal and a must have for all bus fans! The FS9 patch can be found at the Just Flight Support Forum.Just click on support then register in the forum. :)http://www.justflight.com/en/Then I feel it is best merged with the IFDG model.http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?DLID=...hor=&CatID=rootThen this is my PSS panel mod for the IFDG modelhttp://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?DLID=...hor=&CatID=root regardsEd http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v640/edetroit100/holy.gifAMD Athlon 64 3500+, 1024Mb PC3200 DDR, 300Gb HD 128Mb DDR Nvidia 6600GT PCI Express, Audigy 2 ZSCH Products Yoke, Pedals and Throttle Quadrant My FS Videos
February 27, 200620 yr if you download the latest version you will get it FS9 ready out of the bitstream ;)Yes, it's definitely worth getting. I stopped using mine only when I got tired of it after about 700 hours of flying hardly anything less (at least as far as airliners are concerned). The PMDG 737 in contrast lasted only about 200 hours before I got tired of that one (due to no problems with the aircraft, my interests just shifted rather radically towards DC-3s and P-51s).I still fly both once in a while, still like them both.As far as Scarebusses go, the PSS ones are a class in their own. Nothing else comes close, certainly now that as has already been said Wilco has pretty much given up on supporting their product (which could barely scratch the PSS one in the best of its days).
