carenado stationair question

Featured Replies

Hi all-I'm in need of some serious help here. I've purchased the Carenado Stationair which I'm very happy with. I'm having a h*** of a time trying to get doors to open and close properly. i've been going back and forth with support but I'm gettin' nowhere fast. I know I'm doing something wrong-I've included the text of emails for reference. I'm either not doing or doing something wrong in the assignments section but am lost. Thanks in advance,Markmay be a problem with your keyboard...review please. To open cabin doors and the cargo door, press Shift + E + 2. are you squeezing shift, e and 2 together or first shift e and then quickly 2?

Good evening, What I do is have my door open command as the D key/ Tailhook up/down = Q and wingfold=W I don't like using the shift and don't use these keys for anything in FS9. Then when I want to open any additional doors if any, I hit D and the number 2 quickly and so on. I have much less problems now with doors. So you see, you don't have to assign any door commands with shift. You can just use one key. I hope this helps.

Hi Jeff-Doing away with the shift key did it. Assigned single letters to main exit and cargo doors and it works great. Thanks again! Beautiful aircraft btw.
