VRInsight MCP not working

Featured Replies

Hi fellas, can anyone help me? I have installed Win 10 and P3D V4 with the VRInight MCP 2 Boeing Combo for the NGX 800 with LINDA. It appears to be working OK with the newly downloaded version of LINDA, but when I come to start the NGX, the MCP bursts into life but none of the switches work. I have run the VRInsight drivers and selection panel, where you choose the aircraft from a drop down list. I'm sure it's finger trouble on my part. Can anyone offer any help? Thanks.

Hi Rockliffe

A couple of points. First, make sure you have clicked on FSXSync and that PMDG 737 is outlined in orange. Secondly, check that you have the correct MCP2 and comport set for your Combo panel. Thirdly, ensure you have the latest PMDG 737NGX module installed. Lastly, ensure that you have the correct NGX functions assigned to your MCP panel.

If these fail please follow the diagnosis procedure thread above and send me the log files. Include your PDMG 737 config-mcp2.lua file.

Hi Andrew, thanks for the speedy reply, appreciated. Promise not to laugh? I had forgotten to add the NGX LINDA module!!! Works a treat now. Many thanks.
