VI V2 coexisting.

A quick question.  I will, without a doubt, be getting the new V2 units.  I currently have the old ones (and the unlimited pack) and will probably pick up the 530 followed by the 430 a few weeks later.  In the interim, can the two versions coexist, or do I need to bite the bullet, remove the old units completely and replace everything all at once?

Hi Scott,

As long as you don't have a panel which has both the GNS V2 and the legacy at the same time, this should be ok. This means ANY legacy gauge included in the legacy GNS too, such as the VOR/GMA/GTX etc..

Got it.  Thanks Jean-Luc - that should work as I'll do my first flights with planes I currently have configured with either a single 530 or dual 530s.  No mixing.
