To Whom it may concern,

I have recently purchased PrecipitFX from your website and everything went in fine. When I was about to activate my product it says that’s its been activated? I don’t see it listed on VFX central when I open it. I believe that before purchasing it said to link up to my account and I pressed that button. I have the serial and everything, please help!
