September 6, 20178 yr 09-06-2017 Tried to log into PMDG using my email account and password to purchase another product, but it would not let me log in. (- both typed correctly - no changes from my end have been made - logged in successfully many times in the past) and it says I'm providing an incorrect email or password. When I said I forgot my password, it emailed me the exact password that I had just typed to the exact email address that it said was incorrect. The contact page is a round robin. No email. No phone. Anyone have any ideas how to contact them for help with this?
