I'm a previous customer and have been waiting for this version to release.  Now I'm in the middle of a rebuild of my sim PC and not even close to installing this yet.  How can I purchase this software without installing it and still get my "discount" as a previous customer?

Right after purchasing, just cancel the installation. Once you new PC is ready, you can reinstall with the e-commerce installer and your purchase key/password. The system allows you to reinstall a few times on the same machine before needing reactivation.
