I cannot access the Operations Center.  This message pops up:

The application will now exit.

click on the link  on your  first  post  and   than   click  tickets  than  select start ticket. first  you need  to  sign in first since its  a different sign in,  you need  to register  first  if  you havnt  done  so yet,  on the top  right hand  you will see  the option  register  and  sign  in
