Anyone know what it means?

Thanks.

On page 29, AVSIM CTD Guide there is an item about AppHangs (which tells you to check out Freezes).

You do not have the latest version of P3DV4 installed.  The latest is 4.0.28.21686.  It was a Hotfix and think it fixed some compatibility issues.  Just go back to your account on Lockheed and download the client only.  Uninstall the Client using your add/remove programs.  Reinstall.  It will not mess up anything you have currently installed.

You did not indicate what you were doing, starting up P3D, loading the flight, during the flight, or during the descent phase.  You did not indicate what other addons you might have installed or what addons were running when the apphang caused your sim to freeze.  There are just too many variables.  AppHang's are very difficult to diagnose and you might be better off if you look in the AVSIM CTD Guide, Page 10, How to Fix Most Freezes/Crashes in P3DV4.  From this How to, I would rename your p3d.cfg to p3d.cfg.off, restart P3D and see if this fixed it.  This is the number solution for all crashes/freezes.

Best regards,

Jim
