March 10, 200620 yr I'm considering purchasing one of the RJ's offered from WILCO. Between the CRJ & ERJ, which to you all prefer?? I fly the Level-D 767 often, so, I like that sort of system detail & complexity.Regards,-=MAB=- Mike Brown
March 10, 200620 yr Simple the ERJ, it has a good working FMC and other systems working. And they are working on a extension/new model of the ERJ.It's a bit heavy on the frames but I guess if you're used to flying the thing you mentioned this will not be a problem..:)Rob "Holland&Holland" de Vries http://fool.exler.ru/sm/fly2.gif"To go up, pull the stick back. March 10, 200620 yr Both add-ons by 'FeelThere' not 'Wilco' are great (CRJ, ERJ). If I'd have a choice I'd go with the ERJ seeing your into Hardcore simming. It's a nice well done product. Some complain about framerates with the ERJ but I haven't seen this on my 2.8gig machine. The CRJ-200 is more of a hog than the ERJ. The CRJ-700/900 are about the same as the ERJ concerning framerates. You won't be disappointed in whatever choice you make with these FeelThere aircraft... :-)
March 11, 200620 yr I'm another happy Embraer user. I also have the CRJ and don't see the frame rate hit others have reported, but don't fly it much for other reasons... Usually because I'm flying the Embraer for sectors that would use the CRJ! :-hahIan P.
March 11, 200620 yr If you use Flight 1's ATR, or Level D's 767, or the recently released Cirrus SR22 by Eaglesoft as the benchmark, then Feel There's ERJ 145 qualifies as a middle of the pack, mediocre addon. It's extremely heavy on the framerates and the virtual cockpit is a blurry, pixelated mess. Taxiing is atrocious, with the plane swinging around like a drunk sailor in San Francisco. (Feel There refuses to fix this problem - a problem flagged in this review by a former ERJ pilot):http://www.simflight.de/modules.php?name=N...rticle&sid=4972The relevant paragraphs being:"Das Rollverhalten des ERJ ist verbesserungsw
