Prepar3D.exe error v3

Hi,

Whenever I load P3D an all of the sudden I get CTD. Have reinstalled everything without any success.

Application: Prepar3D.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: exception code c0000005, exception address 0CF6DD00

Can anyone help me??
