Middle Button Mouse Button Dialogue Options

This issue has been around for quite some time but I have just accepted it. However I thought I should bring it to your attention - see attached print screen.

When you access the dialogue options from the middle mouse button and click on either the down or up arrows for the FIRST time the dialogue box closes. When you bring it up again the dialogue box does not close.
