I am truly incensed with this people. It is not about money, it is not even about the yoke and rudder pedals. It is about THEM and the way they lie and lie to MOST of their customers all the time, playing with them and promising things they NEVER EVER do. It is about their dishonesty. It is about their lack of word. It is about people like them should NEVER EVER be in business.

To all of you who have received a fair treatment by ACE, I do respect your opinion and I am happy for you.

Hi everyone!The order was placed in march 2017, rudder pedals 1195usd. After 1 year i have requested to refund, cause i can't wait indefinitely.. now i still have been waiting for refund(totally 16 months). No pedals, no money, no communication at all.

They delete all negative posts on their page on fb and if you try to post again they totally block you
