September 27, 20178 yr Dear DC-6 fliers, While preparing a flight in my DC6 I noted that the cabin heating system suddenly became inoperative. Turning the system ON didn't produce an increase in the Cabin Heater fuel pressure, nor a cabin heater temperature increase, and the cabin temperature stayed at the same temperature as the OAT. Looking at the circuit breakers panel I noted that the cabin heater C/Bs were in the OFF position, but there was no way to reset them. The mouse cursor over it didn't turned on a hand, not allowing me reset them. What can I do? Fortunately it was a cargo run over the Caribbean, but I don't want to freeze my passengers to death... Either with the option "realistic C/B" enabled or disabled, the heater C/Bs stay in the OFF position. I have just had a Tail Heater inoperative, and when I checked the C/B panel I found the Tail Heater C/B in OFFposition, but was able to recover it by resetting the breaker, as it is supposed to be. I clearly remember this system as operating normally some days ago. Is there any procedure to reset the circuit breakers via a CFG editing, for example? Thanks in advance for the attention Paulo M. September 29, 20178 yr Note that some CB's aren't functional. And when I remember correctly, some of these non-functional CB's are labeled as cabin water heaters, or something similar. Make sure to look for the right CB while troubleshooting. Do you load a saved flight? When yes, try to create a fresh one by loading the default flight, and then selecting the DC-6. I once had similar troubles, but with the engine-instruments, creating a new flight instead of laoding a saved one solved my problem. Matthias R. Yes, I'm aware that some of the CBs are not functional. Water heaters are among them. The cabin heater CBs also seem to be non-functional. BINGO! Spot on answer! Yes, I usually load a saved flight. Creating another flight solved the problem. Now the passengers are enjoying a "warm ride"... Thanks for the attention!! Paulo M. Soares I7 7700k @ 4.6 GHz , GTX 1080, 32 Gb RAM, SSD 780 EVO
