Hello!I just received my C-130 (Captain Sim) from Just Flight today and I have to say that it is just excellent!I waited for the DVD version and I have to say that it is great.The DVD came with a '''THICK''' operations manual, scenery, tutorials, and in-flight refueling!This version is jammed packed with liveries of the C-130 too!Now, I don't know how this compares to the download version, but the DVD version is well worth the $43 (and free shipping) I paid for it!The aircraft's frame rates are excellent also. I get a consisten 25 fps (locked) in both the 2D and virtual cockpits.So, if you havn't tried the C-130 yet, the DVD version is the way to go in my opinion. I have the download, as I bought it when it came out from CS, I love the herc to bits, and it's the only plane I have EVER managed a full Khe Sanh approach in.

Love to know what your specs are. On my 2.8, 1gig, 9800 pro it absolutely crawls in vc mode! The most resource hungry addon I have ever bought, so much so that I simply can't use it. Georgeous vc for sure - one of the very best but completely unusable. Maybe it was tweaked a bit for Just Flight? I'm using the download version.

Yeah totally agree, I recieved my copy a week ago, and even was surprised that even with such a complex, detailed and very nice looking vc gave me a nice smooth ride, easy on the frames. Im happy

What's the refuel module like (assuming you've tried it... ;-))? Do you have and if so can you compare it in functionality to the Lago Tornado/Falcon module?Cheers,Ian P.

Ian P,I have tried the refueling module and I have also used the lago module a long time ago, from my memory of the lago one, the JF C-130 module is very similar. (although I have to admit I have only had a short trial to date).Bob
