Outside night scenery brightness

Good day,
I searched the forum and could not find any guidance regarding how to make the night environment (outside view) more luminous. 
I would like to have it brighter than it is as a default, but I don't know where and what to adjust. Day time luminous (brightness) is perfect.
Any help, guidance is greatly appreciated.

That's a problem with P3D. You can adjust the HDR settings to achieve a brighter/darker night, but until they address it it's very difficult to achieve complete darkness.

PTA Preset from Adam Banks + Chris Bells' Black Marble = Night Flight Perfection, or as close as we are ever likely to get IMHO...and first hand experience!
