September 30, 20178 yr I just noticed something my frame rate drops from pegged at 60 to 35 to 45 when I start radar contact in prepar3d v4. Anyone have any fixes?
October 1, 20178 yr Author It's off I even took a crack at turning off interact with ai and still get the 20 frame drop when I start it. Is there a way I can force it to not use the same core as prepar3d?
October 1, 20178 yr Don't recall. So someone can help, what's your windows version. Be sure your fsuipc is the latest for your version of P3D. http://forum.simflight.com/topic/80977-updated-modules/ If you just run P3D and RC alone, do you have this problem? If you want to check your system capacity see this document regarding Microsoft's free Process Explorer utility and download it. It is small. Forget running it via the cloud. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer You can check the process loads and see if your getting ram starvation.
